Not everyone can make it to the woodland, where our coaching takes place.

Perhaps you live too far away. 

Or maybe  life gets in the way ,  work, travel, caring responsibilities accessibility, or simply a week when getting outside just isn't possible.

Online coaching offers the  quality of presence, the same evidence-informed approaches, and the same commitment to working with your whole self for life or career change. Just via Zoom, rather than beneath the canopy of the trees. 

​

It's person-centred, grounded and focused on what genuinely matters to you. Whether that's navigating  career crossroads, finding your way through anxiety or burnout, rebuilding confidence or self doubt, working through loss, or simply figuring out what comes next. 

​

We can even weave in Nature connection practices between each session, for you to explore the benefits yourself, in a way that compliments the focus of what your goals and intentions are for coaching. 

What to expect

Life and Career Coaching online 

Sessions run for around 90 minutes and are held via Zoom at a time that works for you. Book through our booking page links. 

 

To help bring a little of the natural world into the space, you might be invited to step outside briefly, work with a natural object, or simply notice what's around you. It's a small thing and it helps more than you'd think.

​

There's no script or one-size-fits-all approach. What you bring to each session shapes what we explore together. JK draws on a range of approaches including:

  • Neuroscience and nervous system regulation

  • NLP, Transactional Analysis and Motivational Interviewing

  • IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) for shifting emotional charge around memories and beliefs

  • M-Braining/M-Bit 

  • Trauma-informed, strengths-based practice

  • Nature-based reflection, ecopsychology and regenerative leadership principles (even from your kitchen table or office desk)

Most people benefit from 2–6 sessions, though everyone's needs are different. Typically these are spread every 2-4 weeks.
