Life Coaching helps you resource yourself with more clarity, energy and understanding so you can curate and live life that feels wholesome and true to what is purposeful and aligned for you.

It is a place to handle the rough and smooth of life, in a way that can feel therapeutic without replacing or devaluing therapeutic interventions. Learning lightly from the past, to help you focus on the present and future direction.

If you are feeling lost, confused, unsure or overwhelmed by choices and decisions. Life coaching can help you make sense, take action and attune your life. Improving confidence, well-being and connection to self, along the way.

Sessions are delivered from private woodland near Ripon North Yorkshire, in local Nature spaces in Yorkshire or online via Zoom
Who is it for?
I work with adults (male/female/non binary) who are looking for help to better understand yourself and the world and people around you. You will typically be in work, but you may also be off sick or between roles due to health, a life change or redundancy.

Combining traditional coaching approaches with ecopsychology and nature connected approaches, combined with Neurolinguistic Programming to help emotionally regulate in times of overwhelm, decision, confusion or fear/hesitation.
​
The coaching sessions help you articulate what situations feel stuck, unknown or challenging and support you to be really clear on what you want to change, even if you can't quite work out how right now (coaching helps with that).
​
Life coaching will help you see your life as a whole, interconnected 'ecosystem' in which family, friends, interests, career, finances, health, identity and purpose, skills and learning and much more are the inter-woven fabric that helps make life feel great or a little off kilter.

As well as looking at the circumstances around you, and finding ways to shift, improve, progress and adapt
Life Coaching also helps you 'look inward' and understand yourself and the way you 'do' You. Helping you draw on strengths, change behaviours and beliefs or manage and process feelings which sometimes feel too much or out of control.

This isn't therapy however it can be therapeutic in Nature. Because taking action, experiencing tangible change and growing in your sense of self alignment, aims to help you feel happier, healthier and more connected with what matters to you most.

When these inner and outer factors become more attuned and aligned. Life can feel easier, more energised, more confident, purposeful and supported.

My coaching approach ensures you never see our sessions as your one and only intervention or support.

A little more of what to expect
Sessions last 90 minutes, whether online or in person at the private woodland leased near Ripon or as a Walk and Talk session in one of the selected session locations across West and North Yorkshire.

Choose from a range of packages or Pay as You Go: 1, 3, 6 or 12 sessions.
These are usually spread every 2-4 weeks depending on your needs, availability and the pace of change you are looking to achieve.
​
Before getting started together, there is a chance to review our coaching agreement and complete a registration form. So that our first session can focus on activating change and exploring your goals.
​
You receive a booking link which secures your session and takes payment of the session. (See full terms at the coaching agreement or discuss at a discovery call)
​
You have access to a FREE DISCOVERY CALL to make sure my coaching style fits your needs, and you are ready to commit to the coaching approach.
​
There is no fixed programme. My coaching approach ensures I listen deeply and adapt to your needs, goals and a mixed approach of coaching reflection and activities to help you explore and progress, based on your aims and intentions.
​
In the woods we have time for sitting or wandering.
A walk and talk session will see us meander through the landscape with occasions to pause.
​
And online sessions might include the invitation for a pause in Nature, where you have access and it fits the aims of our session.
​​
For some clients, a structured set of actions are decided together in between sessions. For others, who value emergence the change happens within the session and the time to reflect comes in our follow up. We find what will suit you best and co-create that together.
