About the event

As part of mental health awareness week, we will be inviting you to join us in nature  to help re-connect and enhance well-being in and out of work.

The workshop, facilitated by coach JK from Where The Mind Grows, includes shared resources to help you priortise and value your well-being.

Embracing the theme of this years MHAW22 "Loneliness" the workshop will explore the  importance  of "Connection" with others  ( as well as with ourselves and nature) for mental health and well-being.

Not over-looking the value of exploring the topic of loneliness for ourselves and others. And how being better connected can nurture healthier workplaces.

The workshop will include a "Human Library" style activity in which we come together and share connections on a chosen theme.

The workshop will include a steady walk with places to pause in nature, take in the view and explore activites for well-being together.

Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Refreshments will be served at the end, and people are welcome to connect and network afterwards.
