Join us for a day in nature, finding focus. A well-being experience to nurutre change.
If you are feeling a little lost and wanting to explore one or more aspects of your life to enhance your well-being. This group session runs with a small number of attendees to support the time and space to explore and grow.
Maybe you have had some unwanted stress in your life?
Perhaps you are moving through a significant change?
Or looking to find focus, make choices and feel more content about life and what you do with it?
The day will help you to identify an aspect of your well-being you would like to enhance.
Understand what is important to you. The bits to keep, the parts to find and the things to let go over. Helping you to de-clutter the mind, reduce stress and gain clarity.
Help you creat a plan that propogates and nurtures positive change in your life.
Exploring natural principles to support a rooted well-being strategy.
With nature as a co-facilitator the session activities will explore a range of tools brought to life by time in nature.
This is time out to personally develop your well-being and enhance health and happiness. Find focus and build momentum, leaving you calmer, clearer and more confident.
Our sessions combine life coaching, ecopsychology and ecotherapy reconnecting you with self and nature.
