An exclusive one to one coaching experience in the nature based venue in Summerbridge,  Near Harrogate, North Yorkshire. 

This is an exclusive full day experience for a private coaching booking. Delivered in a cosy sheperds hut, surrounded by woodland overlooking the beauitful North Yorkshire hills. 

The coaching experience will help you, as a leader or business owner, find solutions, build in effective strategies and find purpose and meaning in your life and work. 

Being a leader or business owner has all sorts of challenges and adventures and creating space for your well-being is a great way to be kind to yourself and fuel your talents and success in the wider world. 

Combining practical coaching, explorarative activities and time in nature to unclutter busy heads, reduce stress and get excited about one or more aspect. 

The day is ideal for anyone looking for a "little tweaking" or "Big shift" when it comes to creating a better work/life balance.  If you are feeling lost, over-whelmed or just seeking an opportunity to make life a little easier then the day can be tailored to help you with this. 

Following an initial discovery call, JK ( Coach and Facilitator) will tailor the day to your goals and challenges to provide an experience unqiue to you. 

The day includes refreshment and a lunch break in which you can bring your own lunch or Where The Mind Grows can provide this too!

You will leave with new ways of thinking, clarity on next steps and buiding momentum and some follow up resources to support you with your learning.
